CTRG Limited is seeking a Tray wash Operative to work on behalf of a leading supermarket retailer in Northampton. This full-time role covers day and night shifts with competitive hourly pay and full training provided.

Typical duties include loading waste into the washing line, unloading washed items, and maintaining a safe, efficient work area. The environment is loud and physical, with PPE provided and opportunities for a permanent contract after probation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load waste from trays and buckets for the infeed wash machine.
• Assist with outfeed by placing washed trays back on the pallet.
• Work in a loud recycling centre environment with occasional getting wet.
• Wear ear protection as provided.
