Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in a warehouse, manufacturing, food production, or logistics is desirable.
• Knowledge of health and safety and hygiene requirements.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor tray wash machinery according to SOPs.
• Load and unload trays safely and efficiently.
• Monitor machine performance, water levels, temperatures and cleaning cycles.
• Identify and report faults, breakdowns and maintenance needs promptly.
• Perform basic machine cleaning and housekeeping duties.
• Ensure trays are washed to required hygiene and quality standards.
