Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in warehouse, manufacturing, food production, or logistics.
• Understanding of health and safety and hygiene requirements.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, punctual and a team player.
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and handling trays.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor tray wash machinery according to SOPs.
• Load and unload trays safely and efficiently.
• Monitor machine performance, water levels, temperatures, and cycles.
• Carry out routine checks and report faults promptly.
• Perform basic machine cleaning and housekeeping.
• Ensure trays washed to hygiene and quality standards.
• Maintain a continuous flow of clean trays.
• Follow all health and safety procedures, including PPE.
• Assist with changeovers, start-up, and shutdown procedures.
• Work with colleagues to resolve operational issues.
• Complete production, quality, and equipment check sheets.
