Nottingham Community Housing Association Ltd seeks a Peripatetic Registered Manager to provide interim leadership across services in the East Midlands. You will lead operations when a manager is absent, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality care.

You will work alongside existing Registered Managers, coach teams, and drive improvements while ensuring governance and financial controls. A Level 5 qualification and driving licence are preferred; travel across the region is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading care and support services with regulatory awareness.
• Willingness to register with CQC/Ofsted where required.
• Ability to coach managers and lead multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Take full operational responsibility for an assigned service when a manager is absent.
• Act as Registered Manager with CQC or Ofsted as needed.
• Provide hands-on support, coaching and mentoring to new managers.
