Nottingham Community Housing Association Limited (NCHA) is seeking a Peripatetic Registered Manager to provide interim leadership across East Midlands care and support services. You will take responsibility during absences, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality improvement.

You will coach managers, lead on governance and projects, and work with a management team to sustain high standards and person-centred services.

Qualifications

• Experienced care and support leader with strong operational and regulatory knowledge.
• Willing to work towards Level 5 qualification.
• Ability to register with CQC and Ofsted where required.

Responsabilités

• Take full operational responsibility for an assigned service during absences.
• Act as Registered Manager with CQC or Ofsted when required.
• Provide hands-on support, coaching and mentoring to new managers.
• Lead, recruit, induct, and develop colleagues and manage performance.
• Ensure services are safe, person-centred, and compliant.
• Maintain governance, safeguarding, and quality improvement plans.
• Meet contractual and statutory requirements and manage designated finances.
• Lead organisational projects and support service growth.
• Participate in duty manager rota.
