Job summary

Nottingham Community Housing Association Ltd is recruiting a Peripatetic Registered Manager to provide interim leadership and targeted support across Care & Support services in the East Midlands. You will assume operational responsibility across services during absences, lead governance and drive quality improvement.

You will register with CQC/Ofsted as required, coach managers, recruit and develop staff, and manage finances within regulated guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experienced care and support leader with strong operational and regulatory knowledge.
• Willing to register with CQC and Ofsted where required.
• Level 5 qualification or working towards it.
• Valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle for East Midlands travel.

Responsibilities

• Take full operational responsibility for an assigned service when a manager is absent (vacancy/leave/sickness).
• Act as Registered Manager with CQC or Ofsted as required and perform the duties of the role.
• Provide hands-on support, coaching and mentoring to new managers and managers facing issues.
• Lead, recruit, induct, support and develop colleagues, and manage performance.
• Ensure services are safe, well-coordinated, person-centred, compliant and responsive.
