Job summary

Lifeways Group is seeking a Peripatetic Manager to provide agile operational leadership across multiple Lifeways services in the North East region, supporting continuity of care and delivering strategic priorities. You will guide service turnaround, ensure quality and compliance, and play a key role in mobilising new services and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Registered Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Enhanced DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Lead service turnaround, stabilisation and improvement activity.
• Provide interim Service Manager or Area Manager leadership.
• Support mobilisation of new services, contracts and acquisitions.
• Coach and mentor Service Managers and leadership teams.
• Drive improvements in quality, compliance and service performance.
• Support services through periods of change, growth or operational challenge.
• Build relationships with commissioners, families and stakeholders.
