We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Traveling Project Manager to join our team. As a Traveling Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating cleanroom construction projects at various locations nationwide. You will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects while adhering to strict quality standards and project timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cleanroom construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations, and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure alignment with client needs and company objectives.
  • Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to resolve project issues and mitigate risks.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns or challenges that may arise.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with expertise in cleanroom construction or similar highly regulated environments.
  • Strong knowledge of construction principles, practices, and techniques, with a focus on cleanroom design and construction methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work at various project sites nationwide.
  • PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
