Job summary

Blue Oak Recruitment is seeking an experienced ESI Inspector in Manchester with regular UK travel. The role is permanent, 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a mix of workshop-based inspection and customer-site visits across the UK.

You will inspect, test and repair electrical and safety equipment, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and legislative standards before certification for continued use.

Qualifications

• Experience in lifting equipment inspection and LOLER inspection.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Ability to inspect, test, repair and certify equipment to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test and repair specialist electrical and safety equipment.
• Produce accurate inspection reports and certification records.
• Travel to customer sites across the UK.
• Work independently and manage own workload.
• Represent the business professionally.
