Telent Technology Services Ltd seeks an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support the Highways Division. The role covers a broad territory across the North West to North East, requiring travel and occasional overnight stays.

You will perform maintenance on high-ways network infrastructure, ensuring safety and quality in every task. The position requires 18th Edition or equivalent and a Full UK Driving Licence, with overtime possibilities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 18th Edition or equivalent electrical qualification.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather and travel across a large territory.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical maintenance duties on the National Highways communications network infrastructure.
• Perform planned preventive maintenance of transmission stations and roadside electrical infrastructure.
• React to faults (proactive maintenance and reactive responses).
• Complete relevant documentation and sign-off.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Monitor progress and report issues to line management.
