Job summary

Almond Care Services is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Trainer to cover Nuneaton and Sileby. The role involves delivering high-quality clinical training across complex care areas, supporting care teams to develop confidence and competence in safe, effective care.

You will work with adult and paediatric teams, drive training programmes, and manage your own schedule, with travel between sites required. A Registered Nurse with a Train the Trainer qualification is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within complex care (adult and paediatric).
• Experience delivering clinical training to healthcare or care staff.
• Recognised Train the Trainer certificate/qualification.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to assess clinical competencies and provide constructive feedback.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training across complex clinical areas including tracheostomy care, ventilation, PEG/NG feeding, stoma care, medication administration, safeguarding and manual handling.
• Develop and maintain clinical training programmes.
• Support care teams with ongoing training and competency assessments.
• Manage own training schedule and travel between Nuneaton and Sileby.
