Job summary

Almond Care Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Band 5 to join our Kent-based team, delivering high-quality home-based care to adults and children with complex health needs.

You will assess conditions, develop personalised care plans, administer complex medications, and provide specialist care such as tracheostomy support, while leading Healthcare Assistants within a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN.
• Experience in ICU/ITU or complex care is preferred.
• Experience caring for patients with neurological or complex health conditions.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care at clients' homes.
• Assess and monitor health conditions; develop personalised care plans.
• Administer complex medications and treatments.
• Provide tracheostomy care as needed.
• Lead and develop Healthcare Assistants within the team.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
