Job summary

Almond Care Services seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (Band 5) to join our team in the United Kingdom, delivering high-quality care to clients with complex health needs and leading a small team in home settings.

Based in Tonbridge, this full-time, permanent role requires an active NMC pin, ICU/complex care experience, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach. A driving licence is preferred to enable home visits and coordinated multidisciplinary care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin and ICU/complex care experience preferred.
• Experience caring for patients with neurological or complex health conditions.
• Tracheostomy care competence and complex medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Supporting complex clinical needs of patients at home.
• Assess and monitor patients health conditions regularly to ensure optimal care.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans with clients and families.
• Administer complex medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and care activities.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Promote a positive and respectful environment for clients and team members.
• Lead and develop the skills of the company's Healthcare Assistants.
