Superdrug is seeking an Assistant Store Manager Designate in Leicester. You will travel between stores in your area, supporting where needed and growing into a permanent location. Work with the store manager to recruit and motivate staff, drive promotions and maintain stock control.

You’ll lead with customer service in mind, hit targets, and help create a welcoming, efficient store environment. Full-time role with training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management with ability to lead teams.
• Strong customer service and sales focus.
• Proven decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to travel across stores in the area with a vehicle.
