Superdrug Stores plc in Newtownards is seeking an Assistant Store Manager Designate to travel between stores within the area, supporting where needed most. The role offers a 39-hour week and a base at Ards Shopping Centre, with a salary up to £31,600 per annum.

Formación

• Retail management or supervisory experience
• Strong customer service and sales focus
• Ability to motivate and lead teams
• Willingness to travel between stores within region
• Full UK driving licence preferred

• Assist store manager to recruit, inspire and motivate teams to exceed targets
• Drive sales through promotions, merchandising and stock control
• Ensure operational excellence including audits, budgets and stock management
• Support day-to-day store operations across multiple locations in the area
