Job summary

TUI Cruises UK&I Yield Management is seeking a Yield Specialist to own revenue management for a range of destinations, analysing trends and recommending pricing to optimise sales and profitability. You’ll work with yield systems, monitor demand, and collaborate with commercial teams to set the right price at the right time.

The role offers first-class training, progression opportunities, and a flexible hybrid setup with one day a week in our Luton office, near M1 Junction 10.

Qualifications

• Ideally, you have proven analytical experience with data interpretation and insights.
• Strong numeracy and data analysis skills to spot trends and inform pricing decisions.
• Autonomous, structured and proactive approach to work with a focus on results.
• Curiosity to continuously learn about the travel market and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue management for a range of destinations and optimise sales and profitability.
• Analyse booking trends and use yield systems to inform pricing decisions.
• Monitor demand in the holiday market and respond with pricing strategies.
• Build strong internal relationships across the commercial division to drive strategy.
