Job summary

Hireful Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Senior Travel Consultant who is ready to pivot into corporate travel tech. You will bridge corporate clients and Online Booking Tools, with deep Sabre GDS knowledge and a focus on policy-driven digital servicing.

This high-visibility role owns online client relationships, drives OBT adoption, and leads technical setups for new client launches, while maintaining booking accuracy and strong stakeholder trust.

Qualifications

• Strong Sabre GDS knowledge with exposure to OBTs.

Are you an experienced Senior Travel Consultant ready to step away from the booking desk, and pivot into the future of corporate travel tech?

This role bridges the gap between corporate clients and their Online Booking Tools (OBTs). If you know GDS workflows inside out, understand travel policies, and excel at client problem-solving, your skills are 100% transferable.

This is a high-visibility consultant role where you will own online client relationships, drive OBT adoption, and guide corporate travellers through digital servicing.

Salary on offer is £35,000 plus excellent benefits package that includes bonus, 25 days holidays (plus bank holidays), life assurance cover, pension and staff discounts.

This is a company that believes in meaningful connection, without the daily commute! This is mainly a home working role, but you must be happy to visit your local office (London, Hampshire or Glasgow)from time to time.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as the expert escalation lead for complex OBT queries, ticketing, amendments, and troubleshooting across Sabre GDS.
• Lead technical setup, policy configurations, and platform testing for new corporate client launches.
• Oversee booking accuracy and alignment with travel policies, continuously improving digital workflows.
• Build trusted relationships with key corporate stakeholders to build confidence in online self-service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Business Travel Consultant, VIP Booker, or Travel Specialist.
• Excellent working knowledge of both Sabre GDSplus exposure to Online Booking Tools (ideally Spotnana).
• High attention to detail, strong written/verbal communication, and the confidence to manage client stakeholders independently.

You could move beyond pure booking execution into digital transformation, onboarding, and tech consulting, while leveraging your hard-earned corporate travel expertise.
