TCHC Group is seeking an Internal Quality Assurer to quality assure study programmes across our delivery network. You will work with the Curriculum and Quality Manager to implement QA strategies, conduct IQA sample planning, standardisation, observations of teaching, learning and assessment, and support site visits.

The role requires travel to various centres, and a valid driver license. You will promote safeguarding, prevent duty compliance, and drive continuous improvement by reviewing learner

Qualifications

• PTLLS, Certificate of Education or PGCE qualification.
• Assessor qualification at Level 3 or above.
• Level 4 IQA qualification.
• Level 2 Functional Skills qualifications in English and Maths.

Responsabilités

• Plan IQA sampling and standardisation activities.
• Observe teaching, learning and assessments.
• Support centre staff with CPD and coaching.
• Ensure safeguarding and Prevent compliance.
• Carry out QA checks and provide improvement advice.
• Travel to offices/centres as required.
