Job summary

Ringway Jacobs is seeking a Project Support Officer in Congleton to provide project coordination, technical administration and stakeholder support across highways and infrastructure schemes. Occasional travel to Essex is required.

You will work with project managers, engineers and supervisors to support reporting, documentation and site-related activities, ensuring accurate information throughout the project lifecycle and helping delivery teams meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting projects within construction, highways, infrastructure or related sectors.
• Strong project coordination and administrative capabilities.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and digital management systems.
• Ability to interpret technical information and project documentation.
• Knowledge of construction health and safety requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project administration and coordination support across multiple schemes.
