Job summary

Antella Travel Recruitment in Birmingham (West Midlands) is seeking a proactive Travel Product Manager to own and grow a portfolio of supplier accounts. You will negotiate rates, monitor performance, and develop promotional opportunities to boost bookings and profitability.

The role requires 2-3 years in product or commercial travel roles, strong vendor relationships, and excellent communication. Hybrid working options are available with a base salary up to £35,000 and travel discounts.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in product management, account management, contracting or a commercial role within the travel industry.
• Experience managing supplier or partner relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness including pricing, negotiation and profitability.
• Ability to analyse performance data and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Excellent communication, organisational and relationship management skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Genuine interest in travel products and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of supplier accounts, building strong and lasting relationships.
• Monitor revenue, bookings, margins and account performance, identifying opportunities for growth.
• Negotiate competitive rates, commission structures, commercial terms and promotional offers.
• Ensure product information, pricing, availability and booking conditions remain accurate.
• Identify opportunities to expand the product portfolio and improve sales performance.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Technology, Operations and Finance teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new commercial opportunities.
• Support improvements to product connectivity, distribution and booking processes.
