Role & Responsibilities:

1. Manage a caseload of pre-litigation and litigated accident abroad cases.
2. Ensure cases are progressed effectively, meeting deadlines, and adhering to precedents and documentation in our case management system.
3. Provide high levels of client care, respect, and integrity in managing and progressing client cases.
4. Obtain and review medical evidence as required, providing advice accordingly.
5. Review and collate documentation and evidence.
6. Handle all aspects of cases including time recording, billing, and debtor management to meet personal fee and chargeable time targets.
7. Engage in Business Development to enhance department and company visibility.

Skills & Experience:

1. Experience in a similar role with a good understanding of Personal Injury and Travel Litigation markets.
2. Knowledge of relevant law.
3. Strong commercial awareness.
4. Proficiency in managing all case aspects from start to finish.
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. High client care and service skills.
7. Teamwork and contribution skills.
8. Organizational skills and workload prioritization.
9. Ability to build and maintain relationships.
10. Experience with IT packages; familiarity with Proclaim or Case Management System is advantageous.
