Job summary

Ross-Shire Engineering Limited is seeking a Travel Coordinator to join the Inverness-based Travel team on a permanent basis. You will provide administrative support, manage projects and documentation, and handle travel bookings with careful cost control.

The role calls for strong IT skills, organisational ability, and a proactive, professional approach to communications. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent IT skills including MS Office Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively.
• Willingness and ability to learn new skills quickly.
• Ability to work to deadlines and maintain high standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; polite and professional manner.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Organise travel and bookings for stakeholders across the business.

What Are We Looking For?

Our Travel team in Inverness is looking for a Travel Coordinator to join the business on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Travel Manager, you ll be required to provide administrative support with the management of projects, document control and production in a fast-paced environment.

Some of Your Key Duties Include:

• Organise travel and bookings for stakeholders across the business.
• To assist project teams and managers with the maintenance of documentation and registers, issuing related stats and reports as required.
• Validating all bookings ensuring they are costed correctly.
• Liaise with current and new travel suppliers to negotiate various rates.
• To ensure all filing is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain accurate travel records, track existing bookings and all associated costs.
• To organise and schedule meetings and appointments as required.
• To answer incoming calls in a timely, efficient and courteous manner.
• Carry out all other tasks as requested within the post holder s appropriate skill set.

What Do You Need?
