The Travel Corporation (TTC) is seeking a meticulous Content Coordinator to support the global brands Trafalgar Tours, Contiki Holidays, Insight Vacations, Luxury Gold and Costsaver. You’ll ensure itinerary content, guest documentation and brand messages are accurate and consistently aligned across platforms.

Ideal candidates have proven content management and proofreading experience, strong English grammar, and comfort with digital tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content management and/or proofreading, ideally within the travel or tourism industry.
• Strong command of English language with grammar and editing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new digital tools and systems quickly.

Responsabilités

• Content management: Create, maintain and update itinerary content and guest documentation in the CMS to support global tours.
• Technical execution: Use tools such as Umbraco, Office 365, Monday.com and Airtable to manage tasks and content updates.
• Quality assurance: Proof brochure pages, website content and guest documentation for accuracy and brand alignment.
• Team collaboration: Work with Travel Experiences and TTC teams to meet deadlines and communicate effectively.
