Behind every memorable journey is a network of trusted partners who help bring those experiences to life.

We're looking for a Supplier Relationship Manager to join our Tracoin team and play a key role in developing and managing supplier partnerships across the EMEA region.

If you enjoy negotiating great deals, building lasting relationships and working in a dynamic international environment, we'd love to hear from you!

  • Maintain high standards: Ensure agreements align with brand requirements, service expectations and health and safety standards.
  • Support continuous improvement: Monitor market trends, respond to supplier challenges and identify opportunities to strengthen our partnerships.
  • Share your expertise: Support and coach colleagues, contributing to a collaborative and high‑performing team.

We're looking for a confident relationship‑builder with strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

Ideally, you'll bring:

  • Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
  • Experience working with commercial agreements, pricing and supplier contracts.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Confidence working with stakeholders across different teams and business functions.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • A valid driving licence.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required, including attending trade shows and business events

Previous experience in the river cruise industry would be an advantage.
