Allianz Partners in the United Kingdom seeks a dynamic Travel Claims Manager to lead our Travel Claims department and drive service excellence. You will manage a high-performing team, align processes with KPIs, and control claims costs while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The role offers a 35-hour week with hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 from home) and opportunities to advance within a global insurer committed to development, compliance, and innovation.

Qualifications

• GCSE in English and Maths is required.
• Strong communication skills with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Understanding of FCA regulations and data governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a high-performing Travel Claims team.
• Align claims processes with business objectives and SLAs/KPIs.
• Manage claims costs for the business and partners.
• Deliver monthly performance meetings and clear communications across teams.
• Coach and create Personal Development Plans (PDPs).
• Provide guidance on complex claims and escalated partner claims.
