Formación

• Proven leadership experience in travel or hospitality settings.
• Strong customer-service orientation with sales focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of hotel and hospitality management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and encourage a team of Travel Consultants to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
• Develop and implement solutions to increase customer satisfaction and improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee the booking process to ensure on-time arrangements for flights, hotels, tours and transportation.
• Build strong relationships with hotel partners and vendors for best pricing and offers.
• Provide expert recommendations of destinations, lodgings and activities based on client preferences.
• Stay updated with new travel products, safety requirements and hospitality standards.
• Track industry developments and adapt processes accordingly.
• Respond to escalated client inquiries to ensure favorable resolutions and repeat business.
