Job summary

TUI in Truro is looking for a Travel Advisor to join our Retail Team. Use your passion for holidays to inspire customers and help them choose and book holidays, cruises, UK breaks and extra products while delivering warm, personalised service.

You’ll work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, and benefit from a commission scheme, holiday discounts, health and wellbeing support, development opportunities and a pension.

Responsibilities

• You'll embrace change and rise to the challenges of a customer engaged role both face to face and virtually.
• If things don't go to plan, you'll need to be confident to actively investigate and resolve any question or complaint.
• As technology advances so does TUI, you'll receive training on a variety of systems empowering you to enhance your knowledge whilst bringing memorable holidays to life for our customers.
