Job summary

TUI Cheltenham is seeking a Travel Advisor to help customers choose and book holidays, cruises, UK breaks and more in-store. You’ll be supported to become a destination expert and put customers at the heart of the business.

Expect a varied shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays, with ongoing training. Commission is paid on targets, plus holiday benefits and health and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion to go above and beyond.
• A strong dedication to achieve goals and sales targets.
• Able to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and bounce back from challenges.
