Job summary

Phoenix Futures in Yarnton is seeking a Sessional Worker to join our Trauma Responsive Women’s Therapeutic Community Residence. The role offers casual hours and a pool of relief staff, with opportunities to contribute to recovery-focused care.

Applicants should be open to working varying shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends, and will be supported with training and career development within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Interest in working with individuals with complex and unique needs.
• Experience collaborating with families and individuals in substance use or related areas is desirable.
• Ability to think creatively and adapt to evolving service requirements.
• Strong collaboration skills with multiple agencies and safeguarding awareness.

Responsibilities
