Qualifications

• Excellent telephone manner and clear communication with patients and staff.
• Able to work with initiative and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with good keyboard skills.
• Experience in clinic bookings and patient pathways is advantageous.
• NHS or healthcare administration experience is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and book outpatient clinics across sites.
• Liaise with patients and clinical staff to manage the pathway.
• Maintain waiting lists and clinic knowledge with training provided.
• Utilise systems such as Allscripts and Medirota once trained.
