Job summary

Royal Devon is seeking an Admin Line Manager to supervise the administration team within Trauma & Orthopaedics Eastern Service. You will provide professional administrative support to management and manage RTT pathways, tracking lists and worklists while promoting consistency across Eastern and Northern services.

You will lead, develop and support administrative staff, balancing people-focused leadership with strong operational oversight to deliver high-quality patient care and efficient service

Qualifications

• Experience leading administrative teams in a healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Ability to monitor and manage RTT pathways and waiting lists.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day line management and development of administrative teams.
• Monitor RTT pathways, PTLs and waiting lists to ensure timely pathways.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative colleagues to improve processes.
• Support staff wellbeing, engagement and development.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce duplication.
