Paragon Social Care is seeking compassionate Children’s Support Workers to support young people in local authority care. The role focuses on trauma-informed care, safe daily routines, and advocacy for the voices of young people.

You will help with education, life skills, meals, and healthy living, and may transport young people using your own vehicle when required. DBS checks and driving licence are essential attributes.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary).
• A clear enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
• Full UK driving licence and access to own car.
