Job summary

Paragon Social Care is hiring compassionate and resilient Children's Support Workers to make a difference in the lives of young people in care. You will provide trauma‑informed care, build trusting relationships, support education and independence, and help with daily routines.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, patience and empathy, and flexibility for waking nights, weekends, and sleep-ins. DBS clearance is necessary or willing to obtain one; extensive free training and career

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary).
• Full UK driving licence and access to own car.
• Patience, empathy, and emotional resilience.
• Flexibility to work waking nights, weekends, and sleep-ins.
• A clear enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities
