Job summary

Barnardo's Stirling & Renfrewshire team is seeking a practitioner to support young people across Stirling and Renfrewshire. The role involves working with young people to coordinate tailored outcomes, delivering trauma-informed interventions in partnership with statutory and third sector colleagues, and leading on risk assessment and complex case management.

The post requires flexible, initiative-driven work within a multidisciplinary team, with community-focused support to help young people

Qualifications

• Experience of providing trauma-informed and evidenced-based interventions.
• Ability to work with young people and families in a multiagency setting.
• Experience coordinating risk assessments and complex case management.

Responsibilities

• Work with young people to coordinate and deliver outcome-focused support tailored to individual needs.
• Deliver trauma-informed interventions in partnership with statutory and third sector colleagues.
• Lead on risk assessment and complex case management.
• Provide detailed assessments and representation in multiagency meetings.
• Develop and deliver evidence-informed practice.
• Engage with young people to support independent tenancy goals after care.
