Responsibilities

• Working alongside young people to coordinate and deliver outcome focused support tailored to individual needs
• Delivering trauma-informed interventions in partnership with statutory and third sector colleagues to promote children and young people's well-being
• Lead on Risk assessment and complex case management
• Providing detailed assessments and representation within multiagency meetings
• Developing and delivering evidence informed practice
• To work alongside young people and adopt a community capacity building approach to enable young people to become independent in the future
• Commitment and experience of application of the principles of the The Promise.
