Pertemps Education Network in Bracknell is seeking a dedicated graduate role to support pupils with SEMH needs in a specialist school. You will build positive relationships and help students re-engage with learning through restorative and trauma-informed approaches.

The role is term-time only (39 weeks), Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4pm, with daily pay of £89-£115. This position offers hands-on experience in education, social care, and psychology, and requires rights to work in the UK.

About the School

A well-respected specialist SEMH school near Bracknell is seeking a dedicated Aspiring Probation Officer to support children with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs and associated challenging behaviours.

Many students have experienced adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), trauma, or family dysfunction, and face barriers such as low educational attainment, stigmatisation, and social marginalisation. The school provides a structured, supportive, and therapeutic environment where pupils can develop confidence, resilience, and the skills they need to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

Your Role
