Job summary

RGIT Australia is seeking an enthusiastic Support Worker to join our Ofsted-regulated children's homes in North West London. This full-time role supports looked-after children aged 10–17, focusing on building confidence, independence, and safety through trauma-informed care.

You'll work 12-hour shifts (08:00–20:00 or 20:00–08:00) with paid on-boarding, DBS checks, training, and progression opportunities. A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or willingness to complete within 18 months is
