Job summary

Cambian group is seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our children’s homes. You will help children and young people by creating a supportive, family-like environment and contributing to their daily care and development.

No previous experience is required, and we offer full-time or bank contracts, with 224 hours of paid annual leave and a monthly rota across a 365-day-year schedule. Sleep-ins are included, and Ofsted rules require applicants to be at least 21.
