Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable people is preferred.
• DBS check and right to work in the UK required or willing to obtain DBS.
• Ability to work flexible shift patterns including weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, child-centred care aligned with individual Care Plans and Risk Assessments.
• Act as Keyworker when allocated to support emotional, educational and social development.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with young people while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Safeguard and promote welfare of children and follow safeguarding policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records including Daily Logs and Incident Reports; escalate concerns as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies; participate in mandatory training and supervision.
