Zusammenfassung

We are care ltd. is offering therapeutic solo placements for a care role across Cumbria.

You will support young people with complex trauma, EBD or learning disabilities, typically in a 2:1 ratio, with flexible shifts that may include waking nights and daytime accommodation where available. Applicants should have significant experience in children's residential care, especially related to trauma or crisis behaviours, and hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS with children’s barred list.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in children's residential care, including trauma or crisis behaviours
• Up-to-date mandatory training, a Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care is a plus
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS with children's barred list check, or willing to apply
