Job summary

We are care ltd. in the North East invites compassionate workers to join our therapeutic solo placements for young people.

You will support individuals with complex trauma, EBD or learning disabilities, typically in a 2:1 setting, and you’ll take on waking nights or day shifts with accommodation often provided. Flexibility is key: choose shifts that suit you, benefit from fair pay including holiday pay in your hourly rate, paid every two weeks, and access to a workplace pension.

Qualifications

• Experience in children's residential care, including trauma or crisis behaviours.
• Up-to-date mandatory training; Level 3 in Children's Residential Care is a plus.
• Right to work in the UK; willing to apply for Enhanced DBS with children's barred list check.

Job description

• Flexible shifts around your availability, including waking nights, with daytime accommodation often provided
• Significant experience in children's residential care, including trauma or crisis behaviours
• Up-to-date mandatory training, a Level 3 in Children's Residential Care is a plus
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS with children's barred list check, or willing to apply
