Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings. The role focuses on trauma-informed approaches, building trust, and safeguarding alongside families and professionals.

You will deliver tailored intervention sessions, monitor progress, and complete risk assessments while maintaining accurate records. A driving licence and flexibility for three days per week are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience of trauma-informed practice and supporting with challenging behaviour.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.

Responsibilities
