Single Homeless Project is recruiting a Specialist Multiple Disadvantage Worker to join the Grace House team in Camden, London. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of £32,034.46 to £35,081.51 per year, paid in pounds and subject to incremental rises.

You will provide skilled, persistent support to women facing homelessness, trauma, and related challenges, using a gender- and trauma-informed approach while managing complex caseloads and advocating for clients through

• Experience supporting women facing multiple disadvantage.
• Gender- and trauma-informed approach.
• Ability to navigate services and systems.
• Strong advocacy and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Build trusting relationships with women who may have been let down by services.
• Manage complex casework and advocate on behalf of clients.
• Coordinate with partners and external services to ensure seamless support.
• Drive coordinated, supportive planning with a trauma-informed approach.
• Contribute to multi-agency discussions and system navigation.
