Job summary

Rape Crisis South London is seeking a Training & Prevention Officer (Female Applicants Only) to expand our prevention, awareness-raising, and income-generating activities within the Fundraising & Communications team in London. You will deliver trauma-informed training and workshops to challenge myths and embed supportive cultures across partner organisations.

You will build sustainable partnerships with corporate businesses, not-for-profit agencies, schools and universities, developing funded

Qualifications

• Experience delivering workshops to professionals.
• Experience in multi-agency partnerships.
• Experience delivering training to educational professionals.
• Experience working with survivors of sexual violence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver trauma-informed training, workshops and briefings for partners.
• Build sustainable partnerships with corporate businesses, not-for-profit agencies, schools, universities and youth settings.
• Embedded prevention and awareness within the Fundraising & Communications team to grow income.
• Ensure training standards are maintained across programmes.
