Job summary

Rape Crisis South London is seeking an Administrator to join our Programmes teams at this pivotal time. The role involves coordinating referrals, handling enquiries, and providing administrative support across our services to ensure survivors access the support they need.

The post requires a trauma-informed, survivor-centred approach, strict confidentiality, and the ability to work collaboratively with service managers and partner agencies. This is a permanent role based in East Croydon.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving and processing referrals across multiple services.
  • Responding to enquiries from survivors, professionals and partner agencies.
  • Maintaining accurate records and case management systems.
  • Supporting service delivery through high-quality administration.
  • Coordinating information, correspondence and documentation.
  • Supporting monitoring, audits and data quality checks.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
  • Identifying and escalating safeguarding concerns where appropriate.
  • Working collaboratively with service managers and colleagues to ensure effective referral pathways.
