Job summary

Birmingham Children's Trust is seeking a Therapeutic Support Practitioner for the TESS service to support care-experienced children and young people aged 0 to 25, including care leavers. You will join a multidisciplinary team and deliver outreach, relationship-based guidance, and targeted emotional support.

The role focuses on early adversity, attachment and trauma-related difficulties, with collaborative practice across agencies and organisations to meet individual needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience with care-experienced young people or young adults.
  • Demonstrates interest in evidence-based practice and willingness to develop knowledge and skills.
