Job summary

Heathlands Primary Academy and Pre-School in West Howe, Bournemouth, seeks a teaching assistant to support a Year 5 pupil with an EHCP and to help across the 3–11 age range. The post is fixed term, part-time (31.25 hours per week), during term time only.

Qualifications

• GCSE grade C or equivalent in English
• GCSE grade C or equivalent in Mathematics

Responsibilities

• Supporting a Year 5 pupil with an EHCP in KS2
• Helping pupils with a wide range of SEND needs across ages 3 to 11 as the child moves through the school
