Job summary

CareTech is recruiting Support Workers for a brand-new supported living flat scheme in Wythenshawe, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. You will help people live independently and achieve personal goals, working flexible shifts across days and nights.

The role requires resilience, empathy, and strong communication, with enhanced DBS checks paid for by CareTech. This is a permanent, full-time position offering 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting individuals with complex needs.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Enhanced DBS check (paid for by CareTech).
