Job summary

CareTech Community Services in Wythenshawe is seeking a Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs in a brand-new supported living flat scheme. This role focuses on empowering independence and developing life skills within people’s homes and communities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting individuals with complex needs
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays
• Strong communication and written skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Confidence working independently and as part of a team
• Enhanced DBS check (paid for by CareTech)
