Job summary

Targeted Provision Ltd is recruiting SEND Tutors and Teachers to work with schools and local authorities across the UK. Roles include in-person, hybrid, and remote tutoring for Maths, English, and Science, with flexible hours from part-time to full-time, on a self-employed basis.

You will support disengaged and vulnerable learners with SEMH and SEND needs, plan lessons, report progress, and collaborate with a supportive team through CPD and mentoring.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH and trauma-informed practices.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) is required.
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references.
• Based in the UK with the right to work in the UK, including remote roles.
• Experience creating safe learning environments with safeguarding knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide Maths, English, or Science tuition in person, online, or hybrid.
• Support pupils from KS1–KS5 with SEND/SEMH needs and plan flexible tutoring sessions.
• Plan lessons, deliver engaging instruction, and report on student progress.
• Collaborate with local authorities and schools to support learners.
